Charles Steinmetz... No man becomes a fool until he stops asking questions. I often ask myself questions like; is that the best I can do? Can anyone in the organization do this as well or better than I? Is this the most productive way to spend my time? And of course the big one; WWJD? I also love asking others questions, its the easiest and most wonderful source of discovery. Especially questions that include why, how, and when. These are clarifying for me. The why provide moral authority; the how creates repeatable method and the when gives me either a starting place or a guide to help me discern appropriate action. I love questions... even if I dont always love the answers. Get out there and start asking. You will prosper from the information and in the process build relationships that can last a lifetime.
