Charm Citys (Baltimore. MD) Legendary Majestic Fine Artist - Matthew BAY BAY Williams seeks to liquidate some of his majestic fine art collection. As the 50th Anniversary approaches regarding BAY BAYs release of his 1965 international acclaimed oil painting THE CRYING CHILD it would be a wonderful opportunity to re-introduced his fine art masterpiece and collection of African American and contemporary artworks to the baby boomers who are cognizant of his fine artworks, as well as, to a new generation of fine art aficionados. BAY BAY is the first African American to be serve as a fine art curator/director of the Mayflower Art Gallery in the Mayflower Hotel and as Artist-in-Residence at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C.
