Chatime Hurstville has the worst customer service ever!! Their TieGuanYin Tea latte tastes different to all other chatimes ive been to (has no tieguanyin tea taste). They refused to listen to me and insists that This is how it tastes like Refused to make me another drink without charging me. Arguing with me in the shopping centre as if i was deliberately causing trouble. I just want my $6 worth of drink to be satisfying! Emailed website and no response. Ridiculous services. Dont ever go there! Chatime Australia Be warned my friends, never go to the Hurstville Westfield one.
