Heathcliff does not like having the camera pointed at him. We let him sniff it and push it around with his nose, but the minute we would pick it up and focus, he would make a disapproving face. In person, he does have a somewhat serious nature, but it is balanced by his obvious joy when anyone pets him. He likes to be talked to and listens very carefully. We predict that it will take very little time for Heathcliff to train a family to pamper him. Heathcliff is a small dog, but he is solidly built like a tank and surprisingly heavy when lifted. Heathcliff was born January 2013. The adoption fee is $90 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption at local participating vets, up to date vaccinations, test for heartworms & heartworm preventative medication, dewormer, flea preventative, microchip, & spay or neuter.
