UPCOMING BITE OF THE BEAST BITE OF THE BEAST This unique Prix-Fixe, swine-and-wine menu demonstrates Executive Chef Gianfranco Minuzs skills and passion for all things pork in our restaurants ongoing Morso della Bestia series. Starting at 7 PM guests will feast on Chef Minuzs Northern Italian interpretations of seasonal dishes featuring Durazo Pork. This milk-fed suckling pig is humanely raised and sourced locally. The menu features fresh produce from the Santa Monica Farmers Market and will be offered in both the dining room and at the restaurants communal table, which can be reserved for up to 14 guests.
