Check out Libertarian Toledo Mayoral Candidate, Michael Konwinski, take on Toledo budget surplus and the Ravine Park pool. There is really no budget surplus in Toledo. If fact when you look at it, Toledo really had a deficit last year. This is because the voters allowed council and the Mayor to rob the capital fund to keep the general fund afloat. This make it seem like everything is alright while the city is really still overspending and ruining the future for our children by placing this spending problem on them, if infact they decided to stay here.
