As most of you know, at CARL we vaccinate, neuter or spay ALL of our dogs because we find it of great importance for the over-population of pets. The shelters and rescues have been SO FULL lately due to pet over-population. YOU can make a difference in this by making sure you dont breed anymore pets. Thanks for the laugh and great message, Scooter! Did you know? The city of Oxnard will pay up to $60 for dogs, $50 for cats toward the spay/neuter surgery of your animal! And, at the participating vet of your choice! The surgery will reduce the next license fee from $50 to $20 per year! You just have to have your pet licensed with them. Call 805-385-7818 for a voucher! Most surgeries are based on weight, and dont cost as much as you think. There are clinics that just do these surgeries and keep their costs low.
