Check out the table that Krista, the manager at Galleria Crave - TopicsExpress

Check out the table that Krista, the manager at Galleria Crave forced 7 large people to sit at for mothers day. With a larger table open, Krista decided to save it for a party of 10 that was going to be coming in later. Of course, Krista wasnt smart enough to realize that the customer right in front of her face was much more valuable than that customer that might come later. Elbow to elbow with our plates rocking back and forth. What an unbelievably horrible experience. We were obviously upset and instead of trying to fix the situation, Krista stuck to her guns, avoided our table the entire time we were there and then, when we tracked her down to ask what happened to the table of 10 that NEVER showed, she didnt apologize, she made numerous snotty remarks and walked away mid conversation. This is the type of manager Crave thinks is appropriate? With hundreds of other restaurant options available, is it really wise to put a manager who thinks being rude to a customer is the correct way to handle a situation? Mothers day is going to be a busy day. And, had Krista at least tried to rectify the situation, we wouldnt have been left angry. I would never allow a manager to speak to a customer like she did. If I owned Crave and witnessed her behavior she would have been fired faster than when we finally got our water. Obviously we will never return and we will also tell everyone we know not to eat at the Galleria Crave. Had Crave put a competent manager in place, you definitely wouldnt be reading this. Stay far away from Crave Galleria.
