Bruce (the owner of WBH Service) has two unique areas of operation that we have copied and they have brought us tremendous success. First is bidding the job not the hours, the way it was explained to me was,¿ why would somebody get the job done in an hour if they intend on charging for three, people are not stupid, especially when it comes to their money¿ the second was product knowledge it went like this, ¿If you don¿t know what you¿re doing you may as well give the customer a wrench and go eat a ham sandwich, he¿ll get the same service either way, now read the manual¿ to this day I am baffled by the ham sandwich but I get the concept. I know this company does good work because I worked there when I was cutting my teeth in H VAC. Thanks again Bruce.
