Lorilee Gill: Six years ago my husband and I separated and then we got back together. God did a miraculous thing in our marriage. However, after his affair, he tried his best to behave and say all the right things, but his heart and habits werent being changed. He ended up going down another difficult path and it was then that we were introduced to a pastor nearby who pointed out Rob Rufus to us and The Gospel Of Grace series that he did in Atlanta. Wow! My husband woke up. It was all in his identity! His heart changed so much (I like to say it grew 3 sizes that day like the Grinch) that he ended up having open heart surgery (birth defect so they say) the following year. We prayed and took communion together every night for two weeks before his surgery, declaring that we were the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and that because of what Jesus did on the cross, we had access to full healing! My husband came out of surgery speaking in tongues and groggily saying, Thy Kingdom come, they will be done, on earth as it is in heaven! While still doped up on meds, he was extending his hand to people in his room and declaring healing for them too! Lol What a transformation! We decided to start showing the Gospel Of Grace series as a bible study within our community and neighbouring cities (Abbotsford, BC, Canada) and have currently ran it 4 times, with 20-30ish people coming out each time. We have seen eyes opened in shock to the message they have heard. What we like about the series is the step by step biblical exegesis of the Scriptures. It is not just some guy talking. Its the Holy Spirit revealing truth. We will be running the course again this fall! It has changed our lives, and my husbands heart. We will forever be grateful to Rob Rufus for what he has done in our marriage, family and community. Please send us your testimony of grace.
