Check out this great review, sent to the Manager, Don: Don, Yesterday I visited your Works Bakery Cafe a few minutes before the noon rush. It was my first experience with the Works and it was a very good one. I ordered the hot vegetarian sandwich w/o cheese and with the guidance of my server chose to have it on 9 grain bread. The sandwich and the helpful interested service were both wonderful. I fully enjoyed the healthy, tasty and filling food as well as the ambiance of your restaurant. I am not in New Hampshire often, but when I return to Concord I will stop again. Or perhaps I will patronize your colleagues in other Works locations to see if they can match the stellar experience I had yesterday in your location. Harlan Ettinger
