Hi, just wondering if there are any primary school teachers or educators that could share with me, what specifically are the schools looking for in terms of school-ready skills? What would you like children to have gained/mastered for better school transitioning? Theres much conversation circulating about this within my small community—how families & services could support this, etc. At the moment, our network is developing a questionnaire to give to the local schools, but I am also interested in others feedback.
