Check out this trailer, this is why I honestly dont care how much extra work I have to put in while my children are young to keep sugar out of their diet, it is entirely worth it to me, so many of us are battling with a sugar addiction that started when we were fed sugar several times a day as children, now we eat it several times a day, sometimes without even knowing it and swear we dont have a problem with sugar, i know I can do better by my children so I will and its easier than you think when you make a commitment to it
