I was treated as a valued customers. I watched how other customers were greeted and they were also treated respectfully. The only thing that I did not like was paying for service before the work was completed. But upon picking up my phone I was very satisfied. There was a small imperfection on the screen that I dont think I would have ever noticed, but what makes your company deserve the 10 is the honesty of your employees.
