All you need 2 copies of your photo 1 photocopy if your NRIC 1 photo of your beloved friend (dog) Vaccine -health report from your vet (photocopy) Pay rm15.00 per dog Go to menara MPAJ , level 14, once approve, you can obtain the dog lesen immediately. .. Thanks for this video, I did for my dog after watching this clip. A dog lesen seems to be the only valid document a license to LIVE for our beloved dogs.
