Checklist for tomorrow: *Give thanks *Workout first...no matter how early you have to get up...make the time! Your day will be so much better! *Drink many glasses of water throughout the day *Drink your shakeology for breakfast *snack on veggie tray before the big meal *1/2 your normal portion sizes *eat your meal slowly *Think...veggies and protein (eat a lot of the turkey) *Drink a big glass of water before your main meal *Stick to your plan no matter what comments you get about not eating normally *Dont let eating be your Thanksgiving theme, let it be gratitude! Be thankful for your health. *Be happy! Dont get caught up in the thought that you cant eat...just do better than normal Thanksgivings and be aware of what you are doing. You are on your way to a new lifestyle and being able to deal with holidays is part of it. *If you have to have it, make it small and savor it, dont binge on it! *If you mess up, dont give up!!!
