Cheers to a happy and healthy New Year in 2015! Here is a favorite image from my 4x5 archives: Winter sunset reflections in Merced River, Gates of the Valley, Yosemite National Park, California 1989 Looking back at 2014, my year started with an extraordinary journey to Antarctica in January. See my Antarctic Dreams essay and portfolio to learn more. The editing of the resulting images has been an epic project in itself. The remaining year was spent in the usual assortment of projects including a video, in the field interview with Luminous Landscape, teaching Yosemite private workshops, client submissions, and print orders. My main project at the moment is the editing and design of a new ebook on my Antarctica trip, and compiling my annual Best of the Year collection of images. I will be posting that is the next few days. I hope that your 2014 was good, and that 2015 brings you joy, peace, and exciting photographic opportunities.
