Cheesy Potatoes: Im lazy! ---------- Buy frozen Obrien potatoes, the ones with the peppers + onions already in them. Thaw them -------- Add to well sprayed roasting dish: -------------- Potatoes. For each 2 pounds potatoes ADD 1 can CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP. You can use the Spicer kind if you cannot get the Obrien potatoes or if youd like abit more spice. 6-8 ounces sour cream At least 1 stick butter. At least a half can milk or cream per can of soup. This is your choice. More = juicer potatoes. I like about 3/4s Salt and Pepper, garlic powder to taste. ---- Mix all in big bowl, or cut down to smaller. ------ Butter or spray well baking dish. Add yummy stuff to baking dish. ---- Bake 350 until potatoes are nice and done. Uncovered = crispy tops. Stir it at least once. This can bake at 450 if needed, or whatever the rest of your dishes are baking at. Simply remember them... At 350: about 1 hour.. Make them once at 350 and go from there.. You know your oven and what will be in there for your day. ------- Make ahead and simply reheat in microwave. These freeze really well!!!!!!!!!!!! They also make a really good cheese potato soup!!!! That is if you have any leftovers.
