Friday -- due to my prep time needed for the Saturday event, I will just be offering: Prime Rib, baked sweet potato, peas and pearl onions in a light hollandaise sauce, house salad $19 Bowl of clam chowder as a starter -- $4.00 Sunday -- smoked salmon (lox) with bagel and cream cheese, scramble eggs with hollandaise (or without) Or french toast topped with sliced bananas, country ham, country potatoes
