Cheng Realty is currently looking for a Manager of Acquisitions for our company. This persons job is to find, identifying and perform initial ROE/ROI assessment of residential and commercial properties that we can sell to our Chinese investors. We have investors looking for real estate properties from $2 Million dollars up to $30 Million dollars. We are starting to build contacts to institutional investment companies in China. This person must have a lot of experience and know where to find the OFF MARKET properties. Compensation will be commission based. Compensation for the right candidate can exceed six figure income annually. This person does not need to know how to speak Chinese language. English only is acceptable. We recently hired a new agent under Cheng Realty who is on track to break $120,000 in her first 10 months with us.
