Chesaux championship leader after Silverstone! Bastien Chesaux has given his European Superstock 600 title changes a massive boost this weekend by finishing second in today second heat. The EAB Ten Kate Junior Team rider was able to run away with Christian Gamarino in the openings laps on a very slippery and tricky Silverstone and was in the lead a couple of times. Chesaux was very close to his first European Superstock 600 victory but Gamarino passed him at the end of the very last lap. With three races on the schedule, Chesaux is the new championship leader with 100 points, eight more as Gamarino.
