Chicken and Potato Primavera Gluten free recipe 3 large skinless chicken breasts 1 jar of organic, gluten free primavera sauce (I used Central Market brand) 1 lb of new potatoes (small purple, yellow and red) Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken into bite sized cubes. Wash and cut new potatoes on half or the size of the chicken cubes (mine were very small). Put into baking dish and top with organic primavera sauce. Stir. Bake for one hour.
