However TV footage shows how victim, Ken Tsang, one of Hong Kong’s pro-democracy political groups and social worker in his 30s, was at first arrested, then handcuffed and later carried to a dark corner and then brutally assaulted being repeatedly kicked and punched by six plainclothes officers. Tsangs lawyer Dennis Kwok told CNN his client was already cuffed when six or seven officers carried him to a dark corner and started kicking and punching him. It was unprovoked and unnecessary for anyone to use that kind of violence on an arrested person. Victim Ken Tsang was quoted to take legal action against those police officers who were directly involved. That’s a clear indication that C. Y. Leung has no more control over Hong Kong’s security and the Hong Kongs authorities has totally lost its credibilities and Trust if there was any.
