Requirements Chief Internal Auditor capable of performing audit testing and identifying appropriate controls and key business risks: evaluating adequacy of the controls designed to manage those risks: discussing strengths and opportunities for improvement with management and developing recommendations for improvement. Candidates must be proficient in: Audit and internal control processes Financial Management Risk Management Organization Development Negotiations and institutional collaboration Regulatory compliance (audit and accounts, procurement and financial transactions relating to public sector) Qualifications ACMA/CA/ACCA/MBA/CIA/MBA Finance from an HEC recognized university/ institutions with CGPA 3.0/equivalent or above. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal controls, auditing, risk management, information systems, or computer assisted audit techniques, through knowledge of internal auditing standards and techniques, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively and professionally with team members and management: knowledge of and compliance with the institute of internal auditor’s code of Ethics and internal Professional Practices framework as well as SECP code of conduct for public sector companies.
