"Chili Garlic Oil" for what i just cook today i used the following Ingredients: 3 heads of Garlic big 10 pcs of chili (labuyo) cooking oil pinch of salt iodized to prepare first shred garlic into small bit you can used a cheese shredder, cut labuyo small pcs , Prepare pan with oil this depends on how oily you want , but make sure enough to soak the garlic , tip do not pre-heat pan to avoid burning of garlic , saute garlic , labuyo in oil in a very low heat , stir constantly to even cook of garlic and chili , add a pinch of salt this will make the garlic crispy , cooking may take 7 to 10 mins until golden brown,turn off fire, let it cool in pan, transfer to glass jar , this recipe will give at-least 200 ml bottle enjoy!!!!
