Chilly day means a huge pot of my wonderful chili. Thankfully leftovers are just as good as day one since it takes about a week for the two of us to finish it all off! It smells heavenly in this house right now, wish you were here! Ingredients: 5 lbs. ground beef, 5 hot sausages diced, 2 1/2 large onions diced, fresh garlic diced, 5 cans diced tomato, 2 cans beef broth, 2 cans tomato paste, 2 cans Rotel, can beans of choice... I used 1 kidney, 1 chili, 1 black and 1 garbanzo, salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Diced jalapeños are added most time, I chose not to use them this time.
