China - Dramatic footage of the moment a newborn baby was found by police in a toilet after his mother abandoned him. This precious newborn was found still covered in blood in a small amount of toilet water. The infants hands were twitching as he let out sobs after laying in the shallow water for hours. The cold had turned his face purple and had made it difficult for him to breathe. An officer wrapped him in a warm blanket and rushed him to hospital for treatment. The infants mother was found in a partition close to where the baby was uncovered. She was rushed to hospital for treatment.
