China Update: Later this year, gNp will be opening its first RN/Medic Training Center in Nanking, China. The purpose of the school is to work directly with the Chinese oil companies to train RNs to be Medics for the offshore oil installations both in China and in other countries where Chinese oil companies operate. The RNs who come to the Training Center will be fully trained to go from the school directly to a job site on an off-shore oil installation. Part of their training will be a complete familiarization with existing Chinese oil installations, layout, emergency protocols, evacuation plans, personnel structure, medical facility virtual tours, safety and site certifications and any training they need to go directly from graduation to deployment. In addition, we will build a Chinese Nursing Registry of certified RN/Medics who are ready to deploy at a moments notice.
