Chinese style pulled pork. Pork leg 2 cloves of garlic 2tbs soy sauce 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce 1 tsp Worcester sauce 1tsp each Chinese 5 spice, ginger and chilli flakes. Mix all ingredients and pour over the leg of pork which I sat on a onion that was sliced in four. I cooked this all night on low about 9 hours but Im sure you could cook it on high for a shorter amount of time. I removed the meat and shredded it with two forks and popped in an oven dish. The liquid that was leftover from cooking I strained and reduced it on the stove in a pot then poured over the shredded pork. Its lovely.
