Choc Chip Cookies (this one uses pesach baking soda if you use that) this one is the BEST and the second one also good... third is NON gebroks 1 cup marg 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 and 3/4 cup cake meal 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 c pot starch 2 cups choc chips make as you would bake 10-12 mins at 375 makes about 3 dz. Pesach CCCs 1/2 cup marg 1/2 cup wihe sugar scant 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla sugar 1/3 cup pot starch 2/3 cup cake meal 1 tsp baking powder (also available k for p) 1 egg 1 cup choc chips 1/2 cup walnuts (never use them) bake at 400 for 10-12 ins... Pesach CCCs NO cake meal 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 cup marg 2 tsp vanilla 2 -7 oz ground nuts of your choice 2 cups pot starch pkg of choc chips make dough put in fridge for one hour...drop onto cookie sheet. Freeze 10 mins bake 350 for 10-15 mins
