Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bread The ice cream in this recipe makes the bread so moist. Wrap tightly and it is even better the next day. 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Sprinkles Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ice cream, flour and chocolate chips in bowl. Press batter into a buttered 5 x 3-inch loaf pan & shake sprinkles on top. Bake for 45 minutes, or until top turns golden brown. Allow to cool for five minutes in loaf pan, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
