Chocolate hazelnut croissants ingredients 1 sheet frozen ready rolled butter puff pastry just thawed 1/2 cup nutella(chocolate hazelnut spread) 1 egg lightly whisked icing sugar to serve METHOD preheat oven to 190dc.Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper. Cut the pastry sheet into 8 triangles. Spread the nutella over each triangle leaving 1cm wide border.Brush the borders with some of the whisked egg.Starting at wide edge roll up eadh triangle to form a croissant shape and place on a lined baking tray. Brush with the remaining whisked egg.Bake for 20-25 min or until pastry is cooked,[email protected] with icing sugar and serve warm. Its from a recipe book I never tried it.
