Chris Peditto published my book of selected work in 1994, and since that time the only thing I can think of is what a great friend, editor and writer he was to me. I have been locked out of my Yahoo account for 2 weeks. I am going to miss Chris, his stories, writing, laughter and most of all his friendship. I have no words. I feel as though technology, with all of its bells and whistles advertisements, has made a mess out of my life and subsequent dependence on it. I am going to start using my manual typewriter again. This life is too short and full of blocks, that only meditation, yoga and Mantras seem to heal. My silence will be singing: Rama and Om. May the downpour of grace enter your lives with an abundance of love, joy, happiness, understanding and peace. Blessings: E
