I grew up on Ramstein AFB and I am an active member of the Holy Family Catholic Church. Here, I have met many families that chose to homeschool their children. As this is not allowed in Germany, it is interesting to see how it has developed in the US and what the chances are of making it a legal option in Germany. My goal is to give an outline on the matter, and especially to highlight motivation and reason for homeschooling. I would appreciate any insight and experience on homeschooling.
