Christianitys potential to destroy our way of life, manifest so - TopicsExpress

Christianitys potential to destroy our way of life, manifest so thoroughly in Americas conservative and evangelical iterations, today, is the sense of the miracle of creation, of being personally blessed and divinely planned for - of all that has been given by God and thanks for same instilled in the faithful, without the context of all that has been taken from them by their fellow man, and measured with any sense of justice. The enormously wealthy and powerful, particularly if they give lip service to Christian dogma, are merely considered to have been divinely given greater gifts, or to have made wiser use of same, but ate loathe to be seen by the faithful, against any backdrop of exploitation; particularly the kind of insidious and subtle exploitation and disenfranchisement of opportunity, complicated financial markets present. Exploitation of the faithful even greater than the faithless. But even stand out, shouty exploitation, like that of the environment for financial gain, or the disenfranchising or suppression of the vote, of those of lesser economic stature, receives forgiveness with an overlook, in abundance. Its an inherent trap door in the religion. And while the flaw itself is inherent, it is only made a fatal flaw by the faithful themselves, who increasingly and in greater number, eschew academics and intellect , which could bridge the trap . And thats only the at best part. At worst, this inherent flaw, made fatal by the faithful themselves, turns their own doctrine on its head, and in a perverse miscarriage of justice, those most exploited, left with the least, are treated with the most, and exponentially more, judgment for their sins - and the least, and again, exponentially , forgiveness. They are ordained by the faithful, as the exploiters themselves, for accepting charity - and any moral government which gives it, their personal thief.
