I took out me water meter the other day had a knock on the door this morning it was irish water n ask were the meter was we said it were yous put it in n they checked again n said its not there so we said put another one in n they said no there not going to n I said to them they can turn of the water if they want to as its not even drinkable n they said they cant as it a constitutional right
