Christmas always arrives a little earlier than youre really ready for it --- and leaves just a little too early as well. Nonetheless, a super Christmas Eve at Sandy and Jims with every family member there (40 plus). Zachary and James celebrating their first Christmas ever! Gift exchange was hilarious at times since the OSU/MI rivalry will always be alive and well in our group. Christmas Day brought 16 of us together again at our house for mid-afternnoon dinner and board games in the evening, much of the laughter related to Fosters ever-present competitive streak. Though sometimes difficult to coordinate, I SO enjoy our big family gatherings. I hope they will not die with our generation.
