Christmas can be an amazing time.. Getting together with family and those we love.... But also it can be a trigger .. When things perhaps are not going so well for us.. Problems that have been brewing for however long can become unbearable as we edge towards this time of supposed by many, joy love peace and gift giving. Keep an eye on those you love .. Even just perhaps those you know... One of them May go quiet on you or not be at a gathering.. Or just act out of character ..., Someone I have know a long time did just these things yesterday after who knows how long of not speaking out.. He was found and is now getting the help he needs to realise that however bad things seems.. Staying alive really is the best option as losing those special people... Well... That does not need explaining .. Most of us have felt depression tapping on our shoulders at some point in our lives I would imagine.... So keep an eye out ...spread the love.. Please... X
