Christmas decorations are up, but if you drive by, our house is still dark...because those stupid dogs bit through ANOTHER extension cord. We have to find another power source...and a cure for two labs who are part goat and will eat ANYTHING, including a rake, all the pool equipment that isnt cemented into the ground, the fence, any sort of bed or blanket we provide for them, rawhide chews last about 5 minutes, they ignore chew toys but chewed the feet of the ladder enough that we had to buy a new ladder...these free dogs are so (colorful language) expensive. And then they are just so darn happy to see us. Sigh. Yes, boys, we still love you...sort of.
