Christmas officially ended today. Tree on the curb, and most of - TopicsExpress

Christmas officially ended today. Tree on the curb, and most of the decorations in the attic, kind of sad but has to be done. Tonight will be the end of the outdoor lights, tried to avoid the cold and snow showers today for the 60 degrees were suppose to have tomorrow (before the artic blast due Monday) The funny thing about the decorations was; I was in the grocery store on New Years Eves, picking up some cocktail sauce and what did I spy, Valentine Day cards and candy so I dont feel to bad about giving up on Christmas. Hope, everyone got what they wanted and if not hopefully you will in the New Year. One more day before I go back to work, How sad, almost as sad as having to do taxes, thats the next major task I have, all though I really want to get the house painted, but thats a task that is easy to talk yourself out of. Another bummer this weekend, I was doing a jig saw puzzle (xmas gift), which I enjoy, but I love all types of puzzles, anything that challenges the mind. And I had the worse thing happen, missing a piece, to a puzzle person that sucks. 999 of 1,000 pieces. Frustration, like a hot fudge sunday without the cherry, it just does seem complete. Im going to hold steady for another day to see if it was misplaced, if I cant find it, its off to the curb with the other 999 pieces. Im thinking the cat took it in the night. Our cat is a little different from most cats, I believe he stole it. The cat has a lot of dog in him, he picks up and carries things like a dog and he will chew and eat just about anything. Hope everyone has a good weekend and find something good to do for someone, time to go back and live with random acts of kindness.
