Chromosome deletion: I have a nine year old son and he for all this time has been diagnosed as autistic with behavioral and developmental delays but he also suffers from from skeletal and facial abnormalities. on august 6 2014 a micro array genetic study was performed on him and it turns out my not perfect kids is missing parts of chromosome 2 from 31.2 to 32.3 in all cases associated with this, people display every behavior my son has displayed from developmental to behavioral to the additional bones in his toes and webbed feet. its a relief to finally have an answer but i am so scared for what the future holds... i just want to know if anyone else on this page has a child with chromosome deletion and how they have coped with this diagnosis and what tests they have taken their child for to ensure their health and well being.
