The beautiful scenery of the Garfagnana, in particular Pian di Coreglia Tania, is the backdrop to the short film uncles, directed by Gerard Monaco in 2013 and premiered at the absolute Italian film Bambi Coreglia few days ago. The story, a young orphan girl under the care of two older brothers, is told only with pictures, gestures and music, the actors never speak.
