Chronicles of a Minecraft Apprentice: At last, I have completed - TopicsExpress

Chronicles of a Minecraft Apprentice: At last, I have completed my goal of building a house! Its a modest, wooden, one-story, with a glass ceiling to see the sky anytime. Without realizing it, I made the house face north, somehow, so I can watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of my nice new living space. Building the house itself took about 3 days, and moving my stuff from my cave took one more. Once all of my stuff was moved, I broke down the wooden door Id placed at my cave, took down all of the torches Id use for light, and sealed off the bottom of the doorway. My small cave that Id called home for so long now was dark and vulnerable yet again. It was sad leaving it behind, but it was necessary. After getting situated, I started on the aesthetics of my property. My first task was to make a lake with two waterfalls leading into it. This took two more days, but I am more than happy with the results. Now if chickens would only quit falling in and almost drowning, itd be perfect! After that, I cleared out space for a garden and planted seeds. Im eager to find out what will grow from them! Now, I am ready to explore again. With the setting sun and the harsh desert to the west, and the rising moon and the large jungle to the east and shoreline on my northern horizon, I can set off in any direction and venture onwards!
