Church Leadership: Leadership in church is not about Pastors but Elders of the church, which may be an ordained Deacon and the Deaconess, evangelist, teachers, prophets, pastors and Apostles. Ephesians 4 vs 11-13, 1 Timothy 3 1 - 16. It willl be a mistake if anyone see Pastor as the LEADER of church. Pastor, is just one of the ministry fold to work as a team with others for the edification of Saints (The body of Christ). The fact that bible mentioned of false teachers/Apostles/prophets does not mean that the offices are not in truth operations in the church. And does make everyone to be a Pastor then, church leader. In fact, reasons corruptions creeped into the church, since there is no more church but, ministrys of individual (husband and wife) even, when one of them is not called. Dont give yourself to the individual ministry we all have ministry gift 1 Timothy 4 vs 12-16, but give yourself to the AUTHORITY OF THE CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD. Leadership of the secular world is to subject themselves to the SPIRITUAL leadership in the Church of the Living God, anything more than these is of evil;though, the case is reversed now; world has entered the church and church in the world, but at the end time, the day of judgement, they shall be separated (Matthew 13 vs 24-30).
