Cinecon President Bob Birchard, Officers & Committee Memebers Jim Harwood and & Stan Taffel organized the 50th Classic Film Festival. Sunday afternoon Stan very humorously hosted a panel at the Egyptian Theatre called The 60s Kids which included myself, H.M. Wynant, Francine York & Diane McBain. At the Sunday evening banquet held at the Hollywood Lowes Hotel we were given awards. What a lovely honor to have been honored by CINECON, the awards are beautiful, on glass enscribed is BarBara Luna Film Career Achievment Award Cinecon 50 2014. Career Achievment Awards also went to the fabulous Ruta Lee & legendary Margaret Obrion. My guests were our darling friends writer Josie Powell, Audrey & husband brilliant actor Robert Loggia, Kitchen Goddess Dorothy Duder and her Oscar Emmy winning husband Doug Drexler my persoanl photographer as seen below! H.M.s adorable wife Paula also a great cook was of course in attendance as was my Jimmy, another grand cook! Other celebrities attending were Robert Forster with beautiful actress Denise Grayson, Neil Adams McQueen who will be appearing at the Cavern Club Sept 26-27, fellow Trekbabes Nichelle Nichols, France Nuyen, Tanya Lemani George, Bond babes, Gloria Hendry, Trina Parks,Terry Moore, Monte Markham and waaay to many to print!
