Indeed this still Houstontepec, with Venezuelan and Cuban Consulates in Katy, the Southwest filled with oil families, Woodlands with Pirruris and the North Side going to church and breeding to amount more ssnumbers. A society that allows little time for the working class to experience the Arts.
