Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar Protein Pancakes @QuestNutrition I eat pancakes every morning!!! My breakfast of champions Recipe for batter: 1/4 cup cooked yam 1/4 cup oats 5 egg whites 1 tbsp Chia seeds(soak in 3 tbsp water) 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp cinnamon Directions: 1⃣ Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. 2⃣ Heat non stick pan on med/low & pour batter on to skillet...cook on both sides till golden. Makes 3-4 small cakes. DIRECTIONS FOR ICING: (this part is only done off season and as a cheat MEAL) 1⃣ Whisk 1 tbsp of Natural Almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp water till paste. 2⃣ Put into ziplock bag and snip corner of bag with scissors. Pipe on top of pancakes into a swirl pattern. 3⃣ Cut up a cinnamon bun Quest bar @questnutrition and sprinkle on top of pancake...dust with cinnamon. Enjoy #fitfoods #fitclub #fitcook #fitness
