Cinnamon Buns 1 pkg dry active yeast 1/2 c sugar 1/3 c butter/marg melted 1 c milk (warmed to 105f or 40c 1 tsp salt 2 large eggs 4 c all purpose flour FILLING 1 c brown sugar 2 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp nutmeg 1/3 c butter, softened TOPPING 1 1/2 c powder/ icing sugar 1 pkg cream cheese softend 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 c butter softened 1 table spoon YIAH Chai Sugar Spice For Dough. In large bowl dissolved, yeast in warm milk and add sugar and melted butter, salt, eggs,and mix well. Let stand a few min and add your flour. Knead the dough for about 5-7 min this will make the dough fluffy and give you a bit of a workout. Return to bowl and smooth a bit of buter over the dough and cover. Place in a warm place to rise. about an hour Remove dough and roll dough to 21 inches by 16 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. Fillin: Spread the dough with soft butter and then cover with sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg. Roll the dough and cut into 2 inch slices and place in a greased baking pan.Cover and let rise again for an hour Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20 min or till golden brown. Glaze: Combine glaze ingredients and beat till fluffy. Spread over hot or cool buns. Sprinkle with YIAH Chai Sugar ENJOY!
