Citibank versus Kasikorn Bank - for the same transaction Citibank needs 1/10 of the time as Kasikorn -Citibank is environmentally friendlier, they need less paper work to do things - I can do whatever transaction I want at Citibank whereas some Kasikorn branches just send me away with a gentle: cannot here - Any Citibank operator can do all transaction, at Kasikorn for a certain transaction I sometimes pass through 5 employees until someone finally has mercy with me and deals with the issue Citibank wins!
