City Council Briefing No. 1 On April 16, 2014, City staff will provide its first briefing to the City Council as we launch the next phase of the Palm Avenue Mixed Use & Commercial Corridor Master Plan. During the briefing, staff will provide an overview of the Community Engagement Process as well as update the Council on the project itself. Members of the community are encouraged to attend the meeting and provide any comments they have regarding this project. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 825 Imperial Beach Blvd. at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, April 16th.
